Short-form Evaluations: Grade K-12 >$45
Detailed Evaluations:  Grade K-6 > $55
                                         Grade 7-12 > $55     
  -($5 discount per child for additional children - all evals)
  -($10 late fee for evaluations after 6/30)

Harrisburg area (10 mile radius) > $10      
Outside Harrisburg area (10+ miles) > $20         

Homeschool Monitoring/Consultations
I am available during the year to sit down with you and answer your questions or help you with different problems, curriculum or other questions you may have.
In my home > $20 per hour
In your home > $20 per hour plus travel fee

Testing
Woodcock-Johnson IV - Test of Achievement
(Testing completed in my home)
​Short Version > $55 (six subtests)
Full Version > $80 (eleven subtests)
Extended subtests in science, social studies, and humanities > $10 per subtest or $20 for all three
​READING Special Test > $60 (eight subtests)


Approval Letters for Objectives
(Special Needs Students only)
$10 per year.  

High School Transcript 
$5 per high school year with evaluation
$20 without evaluation
$10 printing of the state-recognized diploma
